The Costa Rican Black Honey is a single estate micro-lot coffee from the Sabanilla de Poas region of Costa Rica. The Black Honey process requires careful attention as the coffee cherries are left on the drying patios for 24 hours.
We have chosen a full medium roast bring out the rich dark chocolate body kissed with undertones of black raspberries. This coffee is great from the first sip in the morning all the way to accompanying your favorite dessert in the evening.
